The paper airplane contest is an opportunity to show off your folding and flying skills! Please sign up at the Information Desk. There will be a clipboard with the sign-in sheet. The Contest will be held on Sunday, from 12:15 - 1:15. Meet outside of the Bowery classroom on the Lower level.
Rules:
- The model must be origami and made of paper only.
- Only one square or rectangle may be used.
- No weights, paper clips, etc. are permitted.
There are 3 categories* to compete:
- Time aloft
- Target
- Distance
For Adults (over 18) there will be one prize given for each category.
For Children (18 and younger) there will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes for each category.
Prizes are gift certificates to The Source which must be spent on Sunday. The Source is open until 6:00 pm on Sunday and is closed on Monday.
You must be registered for Convention to participate.
*Categories are subject to change since they are dependent on our new venue at the hotel.
