These baby shoes and baby onesie are just the thing to give your shower gift that extra special personal touch. All you need are a few mountain, valley and swivel folds and you’re all set. No need to confine yourself to just pink or blue, any color will do.

You’ll definitely get a bang for your buck in this class! Wendy will teach this favorite modular created by Yami Yamauchi. Folded from 12-16 sheets, the modules create a very strong lock that allows the model to rotate and eventually “pop” into a spectacular display like “Fireworks!”

Celebrate springtime with a variety of cheery models. Candy will teach her favorites for this season. This class is a great opportunity for families to explore the magic of origami together. No experience necessary. For children ages 5 and up. Children ages 5 – 8 must be accompanied by an adult also registered to take the class. Adults not accompanying children are also welcome!

Get those little gray cells firing! Toshiko will teach models from her new book, which focuses on enhancing brain functions through the use of your fingertips. Brain therapy origami may facilitate various brain functions while folding models from a variety of bases. She will also present ideas for using recycled materials, practical origami, and group folding projects. Who knew origami could be so good for you!?

Dragon's Egg/magic Ball

Is it an egg? Is it a ball? Why, it’s magic of course! Rachel will teach this wonderful model created by Yuri and Katrin Shumakov. It is a one piece action toy compresses and even turns inside out to reveal different pretty geometric patterns. You can play with this clever model for hours; just don’t let the boss catch you (or you can make one for her). Oh, and don’t tell anyone that a small piece of tape inside is used to complete the model.

It’s time to shine! And you surely will in this class featuring the brilliant and scintillating Star Amelie by Carmen Sprung. Louise learned it from the creator herself at the Italian Convention and now she will enlighten you. This ingenious star is made from two hexagons which hook together with a sink fold. Duo paper is best for this model since both sides of the paper show.
