For all those intermediate folders out there who would like to take the next step here is a gentle first step into the world of high intermediate models. Hideo Komatsu is well known not only for the beauty of his models, but also, and more importantly, for his meticulous attention to the folding sequence, ensuring that that in itself is a fun experience, being precisely specified with lots of landmarks. This model does include a pair of closed sinks, but these are well defined and are about as simple as closed sinks can get. In addition, in the latter stages of the model there will be folding steps after the model becomes 3D. Paper will be provided for the class.
